PEER TO PEER SOCIAL CONNECTIONS
Building social connections, friendships, and networking with people is an important part to independent living. Whether you wish to join us for our regularly scheduled fellowship or wish to learn more about other peer groups in the community, we are here to help.
What to Expect:
This peer group will meet regularly for one hour. Attendance is appreciated and encouraged, however not required. Topics are determined by participant’s interest overall and may include:
- Current events
- Disability related concerns
- Social activities
- And much more!
How to Get Started:
Space is limited; therefore, registration is encouraged, along with an informational intake. Contact James Clyde (517-999-7514) to sign-up for the next available session. We look forward to helping you on your path to greater independence.
*If individuals require assistance in order to fully participate, it is recommended that the participant bring a personal assistant, as one will not be provided.
