DESCRIPTION:Disability Network Capital Area Vision is for people with disabilities to be included in all aspects of the human experience.  If you need assistance with any aspect of life\, including Support\, Information & Referral\, Advocacy\, Independent Living Skills\, Food Assistance & Health care (MI Bridges)\, SSI & Disability Benefits Assistance\, and more\, we can do our best to help you achieve your goals.\n  \nServices are generally provided every other Friday at Beacon of Hope at 401 S Swegles St\, St. Johns\, MI 48879 from 12 pm to 4 pm. \n  \nTo meet with an Independent Living Specialist\, schedule an appointment at 989-224-0328 or 989-720-4114. Appointments are necessary for this event.
