Living Well with a Disability is an evidence-based program that began with the Rural Institute at the University of Montana. It is an 8-session, peer facilitated program that promotes healthy living. Disability Network Capital Area has a number of trained peer facilitators and has been facilitating the program for several years, often in collaboration with community partners.
