“Show Your Love!” Vaccine/Booster Clinic

Save the date! This Saturday, February 5 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM, Ingham County Health Department will be supplying FREE COVID-19 vaccines and boosters at Disability Network Capital Area at our office, 901 E. Mt. Hope Ave. in Lansing, 48910.
To participate and be eligible for a FREE gift card:
1) Receive your COVID-19 vaccine,
2) Receive your COVID-19 booster, OR
3) Show your completed COVID-19 vaccine card with either both doses of you Moderna or Pfizer vaccine, OR your single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
