Mt. Hope Ave. in Lansing, 48910. To participate and be eligible for a FREE gift card: 1) Receive your COVID-19 vaccine, 2) Receive your COVID-19 booster, OR 3) Show your completed COVID-19 vaccine card with either both doses of you Moderna or Pfizer vaccine, OR your single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
